Delivered in partnership with Cricket Victoria, this is the perfect entry point for all girls and boys. The program focuses on creating a safe and enjoyable environment where kids can have fun, get involved, and develop their skills through game-based activities.

Whether you’re a first-time batter or backyard cricket superstar, get ready to embark on an exciting journey filled with laughter, growth, and unforgettable memories.

- What you get: Jam-packed weekly 60-90 minute sessions. Learn the skills through fun, modified games. Safe and inclusive environment
Safe and inclusive for kids of all abilities
We provide a safe and positive environment that supports and uplifts kids of every ability. Our activities use plastic bats and softer balls of different sizes, as well as blind cricket balls, so kids can participate and develop at their own pace.
Session information
- Sessions: Cricket Blast is on Thursday
- How long: 5pm til 6pm
- Where: Joe Brown Oval, Old Calder Highway Keilor (in front of the club rooms)
- Sessions: Will run from 5:00pm
- Registration open: 12 Aug 2025 – 27 Feb 2026
- Dates: 01 Jul 2025 – 10 Apr 2026 – Cricket Blast will commence on Thursday October 16
- Additional Information: December 4th will be the Blasters Christmas Party, followed by a break.
- Cricket Blast will recommence Thursday February 5th.
- The Last Session for the Season will be February 26th, followed by presentation.
